To replace you Read More Link with one of these button images then do the following,

• Step 1: Backup Your Template, Then Go To Blogger > Template > Edit HTML.
• Step 2: Press CTRL+F to search, then search for your read more text and replace read more text with bellow codes. You know it better whether to search for Read More or Continue Reading. Depends what text are you using.

•  Step 3: Replace the Read More Image URL with the image link of the read more button.

You can also resize the image. The default size is 120px by 32px. If you want a smaller one than you can use these proportions:
